Online Personal Training Plans:


​One-Time Online Personal Training Plan - no support:
​This is for people interested in a single workout plan that doesn't require any support. We will communicate by email and/or messenger and the plan will be created based on your needs and goals and emailed to you in PDF format. 

1 Month Online Personal Training Plan with Support:
​This is for people interested in a single month of training. We will communicate by email and/or messenger and the plan will be created based on your needs and goals. You will also receive email and online messenger/texting support and motivation with this plan.

Ongoing Online Personal Training Plan with Support:
​This is for people interested in 2 or more months of training with a new workout routine every 6-8 weeks depending on your goals. We will communicate by email and/or messenger and the plan will be created based on your needs and goals. You will also receive email and online messenger/texting support and motivation with this plan.

How Online Training Works:

1) Email, call or message me to discuss your fitness goals and how I can help you achieve them. 


2) Once we decide to train, we'll go over about your physical condition and any limitations you may have, equipment you have access to (workouts can be created for gym or home), your schedule and your goals to help me create a personalized training program for you using my training templates at my training profile at One Day More Fitness at Workoutlabs.com.
 I'll also have you fill out paperwork with your goals and physical health information.

3) Once I create your program, you can use your computer, tablet or phone to access your training calendar and your illustrated workouts at any time and you can also print them out as well. I will also offer guidance by email, messaging or phone and can provide you with videos of every exercise as needed.

4) Using workoutlabs you will also be able to log into your workout calendar, add in your stats (weight, measurements, etc), view and follow your workouts and get reminders and encouragement from me online to stay on track and keep going!
