"I really enjoyed working with Aleks.  She listened to my needs and understood exactly what I wanted to get out of my training program.  Her workouts were tailored to my needs.  After just a week, I started feeling stronger and seeing results.

Aleks was great! She worked within my constraints, even re-writing my routine when I found limitations. I am 3 months post ACL repair surgery.
