The Fourth Week of the July Yoga Challenge

This was a really great and varied week of the July challenge. I had one pose I had to modify with blocks and body position (the crow), two poses I love (the dolphin and the wide-legged standing forward bend) and two poses I rarely come across in challenges (the thread-the-needle and the extended puppy dog both of which are actually in my daily yoga routine). Can't wait for the next week of this challenge!
