Here is the finalized version of my  Physical Therapy-Based and Inspired Full-Body workout plan!

I’ve spent the last week trying out, editing and finalizing this new workout plan until I finally got it exactly where I want it!

I’ve changed sets, reps, several exercise variations and added more stretches to the cool down, working to find what would work best for my back and the rest of my body.

I’m finally happy with where it is in terms of everything. I’m doing the full-body workout one day and then the recumbent bike cardio workout the next. Today I have a day off and tomorrow I’m taking on my full-body B day.

This workout plan will evolve and be edited more once I return to physical therapy in 3 weeks and they assign me more lower body exercises that I can spread out over the A and B days as I go but until then this is my final plan 👍
