Short Back Update
I pinched something in my left lower back/hip/butt sciatic area where my bulging discs affect my nerves a couple of hours ago by reaching for a pillow on the bed. Now it’s starting to travel up to my mid-back as well so I don’t know what it’ll be like in the next few hours.
I'm in a lot of pain and it took me almost 10 minutes to fully straighten out. I need to call PT in the morning to see if they even want me to come in or not. And I’m really upset that I got to 57 days of at least 5,000 steps a day and now I can’t.
The March chair yoga challenge has been reworked into a seated challenge only and luckily tomorrows pose was shot yesterday so I can still post it.
I am so, so tired of this 1 step forward 10 steps back thing but I don’t know how to change it outside of what I’m already doing.
