Saturday, October 30th Workout - Cardio and Full Body Stretch

I had a great cardio workout today and I'm starting to feel very nicely sore from yesterday. I think I'm finally happy with my workout plan and will take on my Full Body B day workout tomorrow!

Cardio Workout:
Recumbent Bike: Time: 30 minutes, Speed: 14-15, Distance: 7.20 miles.


Full Body Stretch (holding each stretch for a count of 15 per side) - 12 Minutes
