PT Workout Plan Update...

Okay, so with four days of Week One of my PT & Workout plan under my belt and having to take a few days off for an aching back I decided to make some big updates and changes.

The first being that I’m taking the recumbent bike out of the official plan. I’m really not enjoying being on the bike and I want to give the WATP exercise videos a try instead. I’m going to start with 15-20 minutes of the walking videos and see how my back does with that and use the bike on days when I want to. I’ve been doing a minimum of 5,000 steps a day for 6 months now so I think the videos are the next step up.

I also want to leave space for some days to be cardio and/or my yoga stretch days only without feeling like I can’t miss any PT days.

I think my back is really achy right now partially from work but also partially from overdoing it on the two-legged marches on my B day which I should have left as single leg for a lot longer than I did. That exercise is getting scaled back a little and I’m going to continue with Week One for up to another week once the back settles down as I find my bearings in doing this plan without injury and issues.
