My Updated Full Body Yoga Routine

​This is my updated full body yoga “stretch” that I do after my workouts as a cool down/stretch and sometimes on my active rest days. I’ve added five new poses (supported headstand, revolved head to knee, wheel, side plank and extended hand to big toe) since the last time I posted this routine because those poses need more practice and I know they’ll get worked on regularly if they’re included here. I love the variety of this routine and I get both a workout and a stretch in one. I use yoga blocks and a strap as needed and plan to add the yoga wheel in soon! 
I hold each pose for a count of 12-15 depending on how much time I have and this routine usually takes me around a half an hour. Also, several of these poses are modified as need be.
