New Workout Plan... Yoga, Yoga and More Yoga!

So I need to log my yoga practice hours for my 300 Hour YTT.

I had an excuse during the 200 hour YTT due to my back being hurt but it’s slowly getting better (depending on the day) but I just can’t fit in weights, cardio and yoga in one day or even a week. I just don’t have the time or energy right now.

So my plan is to do my old yoga “workout” that I used to do almost daily two years ago, when I was in much better shape, that I’m attaching here maybe 4 days a week (all depends on how my back does) and get back to 10,000 steps a day if possible for the cardio portion. Also, a lot of the poses here may be edited and modified depending on how my back does.

This way I’m less likely to get hurt again because I’m following a written plan and not a video which always trips me up.

I’m starting tomorrow and plan to go slowly and carefully modifying as needed and I’m hoping for the best! Eventually I want to get back to lifting weights but yoga is the priority right now
