An hour, ONE hour before my new Physical Therapy appointment this morning I hurt my back doing one of the upcoming yoga poses for this week. Until then I wasn't even sure I needed PT anymore so I guess I jinxed myself and got to sloppy with the poses.

Now I'm in major pain and I couldn't even do half the stuff PT needed to test me on since today was my first appointment because it hurt too much.

I guess this is what happens when my body fools me into believing I'm fine and can do do anything.

Now I'm in major pain, heating my back and really mad at myself and at being in pain again but at least it’s the kind of pain where I can function and get basic things done instead of being limited to my chair or bed and yoga poses are done for the next 3 days.

The plan now is rest as much as I can, heat, gentle stretches and PT twice a week again starting the week after Thanksgiving.
