Back Injuries Update...

I had a pretty badly fall yesterday where I slammed most of myself (but not my head, thank God) into a tile floor when my feet went out from under me. The worst so far is my back from hips to neck, followed by my right arm and various other body parts that hit hard.

Due to this I’m putting my yoga challenge on hold for myself along with any other activities until I’m sure my back is okay.

​For anyone following the challenge please keep going and just message me with any questions! I’m hoping to get back to normal as l as soon as possible!
