2022 Lifestyle Change & Calorie Counting Plan Day One

Day One of my 2022 Calorie Counting and Lifestyle Change Plan using this beautiful tracker by @inthisbodyilive and I’m ready to go!

The plan focuses on a healthy moderate carb plan with 2-3 meals a day, no snacks, no cheating, calorie counting and keeping an eye on macros.

I’ll be weighing in weekly and taking progress photos and measurements every 30 days with a new tank top or whatever else I might pick as a reward. There will be no cheat days but I am allowing for some special occasion meals off. ’ll also be shooting for a minimum of 5,000 steps a day and working toward additional exercising with physical therapy.

I’m starting the year at 185.5 lbs which is a pretty significant gain from where I was in October but it is what it is and I’m staying positive and looking ahead instead of back! This still puts me at a total loss of 44.5 lbs since June 2015 and 27.9 lbs away from my lowest weight of 157.6 lbs in May of 2018. My current short-term goal is to get to 180 lbs (short-term goals are in 5 lb increments).

So I have a lot of work to do but I’m ready for it and can’t wait to start making some serious progress with both my weight and my health!
