I currently offer online personal training. One of my favorite things to do is create individualized workout plans to match up with your goals and abilities. I specialize in at-home workouts based on you capabilities, goals, equipment and needs. If you do have a gym membership, great, I also can create a program based on the equipment you have available. There are many forms of exercise and together we can find the right fit for you: weight training, yoga, walking, running, hiking. It’s all about your needs and what motivates you to start your journey to health.
