I became a certified trainer because I’m passionate about my health, and yours. One of my favorite things to do is create individualized workout plans to match up with your goals and abilities. If you have a gym membership, great. We can create a program based on the equipment you have available. If not, I can create an in-home workout specific to your needs. There are several forms of exercise and together we can find the right fit for you: weight training, yoga, pilates, walking, running, hiking. It’s all about your needs and what motivates you to start your journey to health.
